R52 Subframe "Lower" Tension Bars on R53

Has anyone put the cabrios oem "lower", subframe, down below, underneath, (Tension Struts) bracing on a R53? I wanted to know if the holes are pre-drilled on the rockers and frame. I am NOT reffering to the ones that go in bonnet, from towers to frame. I am talking about the ones that are UNDER the car. Please look at pic below:

I look at those bars every time we have a cabrio on the lift and more often than not there is a hardtop on the lift next to it.

You will either need to use the cabrio rear axle carrier or have someone weld pads on to your carrier to mount the bars.
The two carriers have different part numbers.

It's hard to see if there are holes to mount the front part of the bar because the bolts go through the side skirt to the floor.

I have the part numbers for the Tension bars, tension mount bar, and the bolts, but not the rear axle carriers. Did not find them on realoem, do you know the part numbers?

The part number for the cabrio rear axle carrier is...33 31 6 761 716

Here's the link to realoem...
http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...27&hg=33&fg=30

...number 1 in the illustration is the carrier you need.

It would be a few more steps than a rear sway bar install...but not as bad as it looks.
