Call Aaron at Outmotoring. He just put a set of Outmotoring coilovers on his R56. He shows them on the outmotoring.com website.

Sorry, didn't pay attention to the R56 thing. But I thought Minspeed did have them?
I like the OEM nav a lot. Probably the best I have had, although it took some getting used to at first.

I believe the R53 coilovers will work with the helix adapters and using the stock R56 tophats in front. I'll know for sure soon.

As for coilovers off the top of my head - M7 and AST both make some.

I am pretty sure the R53 coilovers fit with no issue other than the Helix rear bushing. On the fronts, coilovers come with top hats, so, fitment shouldn't be an issue.

With that said, does anyone want to sell their stock shocks/struts? ;-)

I like the M7 coilovers by the looks and the reviews, but I won't be getting any coilover until I can get some camber plates for the stock suspension first. Its pretty much to my liking, needs some more front camber and maybe a bit of rear sway bar... not jumping the gun on COs yet. Soon enough I suppose...

Have fun!
Josh

The R56 ones ARE different. We do carry the H&R's and I MAY put them on "Howard" later on this year. BUT I am hesitant as the H&R sport springs (a96bimmerm3 has em too) ride great and look great! Let me know if I can help with other coilover questions.

Happy motoring!
