I have a P1030 error. The code reader says O2 sensor circuit. I have checked the values on the O2 sensors and they seem to follow each other in the voltage levels. From .40 to about .8 volts on both #1 and #2 sensors. It seems to be worse when it is cold. The SES light comes on more often. When it is about 70 outside it does not seem to trigger the SES light as much.
Any ideas?
