Rattle at 3000 RPM

Rattle at 3000 RPM
Have an 03 "S" with 17,000 miles. Seems to have developed a rattle that comes from the pass side and can only be heard if the window is down between 3000-400RPM
I can keep the rattle going if I stay around 3000. WOT the rattle goes away.
Dampner maybe? Dealer agrees there is a noise but can't figure it out.
