Factory brembo issue , please help !

So suddenly ny car developed a clicking/chattering noise that is terrible sounding. I found the what was making the noise and it's this tap on the factory brembo caliper. Why is it so loose and why did it just sudden happen?? How do I make it NOT rattle and be loose ?
I did remove and reinstall the pads , retainer and pins and it did nothing.
My pads have probably 75% left so wtf could be causing this to come loose ??? I currently put a dap on rtv on the surface where it contacts the caliper so atleast it wont rattle for the tine being. But wtf ?
any help is always a big help guys

Got a video of this?

All i can think of this the pin connection to that retaining clip is not putting pressure on the pads and holding them in the calipers?

i thought that too but I did remove and reinstall the pads to check that too and they're definitely tight in the caliper. But yet the stupid thing will not tighten up for the life of me.. i hate to drive around and have a catastrophic braking failure.

This is a little confusing to me. Do you have pictures?
What is so loose? You say there's a tap on the caliper and ask why its loose, then you talk about removing the pads. Are the pads loose? The calipers loose? And you put a dab of RTV on what surface? The pad surface? Where what contacts the caliper? The pad? The caliper bracket itself? After reading it multiple times, is a piston sticking and not extending out? You say you have 75% pad life, what's the other side look like? Is that side worn down indicating this caliper is not working? Pictures would help a lot more

it is the flaps on the brakepads , they haven't started rattling agsin but i will order new pads anyway just to be safe.. though these have atleast 60% left. O well..

It's funny you say this, Adam.

Last summer, I put all new rotors and pads in my R55s. I don't have JCW brakes, just standard OEM. Upgraded the rotors to drilled/slotted, and used Akebono ceramics, all new hardware. They were great, no noise, no vibration, everything perfect. Then about a month later the front left wheel bearing started making noise, so I installed new bearings/hubs on both sides. And ever since then, I have a clicking/metallic noise from the right front under 'light' braking. Stomp on the pedal, and there's no noise at all....but light pressure? Click-Click-Click-Click.....I've pulled the whole thing apart twice and can't find anything, but it's probably just the pad itself.
