Just got done replacing the harmonic balancer. I have the balancer torqued down in my 03 Cooper S

So, I’m having a devil of time trying to get the serpentine belt on, to the point I am thinking I may have been sold the wrong size. With the tensioner pinned in the second hole. The videos show it being tight but not impossible to without a pry bar.

I have checked to make sure it’s ran the right way and that everything is seated.

Any help here would be appreciated.
