I did not try a 539, I had the 532 and no way was I getting it on. The 535 fit for both the 15 & 17% pulley's I've had on there. Currently running the 15%.

I also have the stock sized ATI pulley (slight size difference from OEM IIRC)

Eaton would **** a brick if they knew what RPM and pressure ratio people here run the M45 at. The Miata guys respect the data.
If the result of your setup is, let's ballpark 20psi, that equates to a pressure ratio of 2.36. From the graph below, you will notice that 2.36 is so far out of this blower's efficiency that it's not even on the map. Godspeed.

wish I’m running 20 psi lol

with my current set up. 17 % & 2% and all the mods and tune i barely even see 14 lbs of boost.

hardly stay above 5500 , adding methanol and with the occasional pull would be awesome.

Do you have a built high-flowing head? Otherwise your boost pressure should be much higher.
Spinning the little M45 like that, you might consider a dual-nozzle system; one pre and one post-blower. Have fun.

ya I’m working on 4 injectors directly in the the runners.

and with headers and cam. I noticed the boost wasn’t that high

So am I correct in assuming that a 1353mm long belt SHOULD be good for a 19% pulley ? I too will be running a 19% but there so much contradicting info out there as usual..
I'm finding belt recommendations that are varying 10mm between belts. And I KNOW with these stock sc's , a few mm will cause big belt slip.
I'd preferably like to run a gatorback belt but I'm not sure. Is the gatorback 4060532 the 1353mm long or close to belt ? Ofcourse I can't find the exact measurements of the belt which you'd think that would be listed..lol ugh
