crank no start (normally)

Hi guys been reading the forms for a while to solve some minor problems I have had along the way with my car. 2011 S r56

history Timing chain replaced last year, with valve seal to solve oil leek ( didn't solve think cracked cover )

the car will crank but no start. if left for several hrs it will crank and fire up jump to about 2/3k rpm mark then turn off. its been running rich recently small back fires some times in first gear
current codes are, p1497 and p2188

after some research I decided to check the main power Green wire to the coils its putting out the 12v as is the fuse so I swapped out the relay with one of the wiper relays same issue. tried running car with the cables disconnected from the coils and got 12v drop to 0v and never came back on the green wire. not sure if they have to be connect to coil to complete circuit? but i assume it should always be live to provide power on demand.

other issues is the rear hatch will constantly try to open if not locked and when cold the frount headlights would flash on and off for about 60 sec before staying on ? not sure if related at all

ty for any insight.

so quick update on this still not starting, had some one come out and do a diag on it while i was out of the house, they came back and told me the fuel pump was bad and not running in the video the multi meter was show 0v and 10.9 on crank at the fuel pump. checked my self after some research it looks like the B/W wire at the fuel pump should have a constant 12(ish) volts as long as the car is on? is my understanding. when i removed the harness and check the b/w wire i was getting 0v while the car was on. checked the brown to make sure it had good ground seemed to be fine didn't see any high resistance to ground. fuel pump was replaced.

the fuse f34 fuse in the JBE seems to be fine while the car is on and putting out 12v. after some hunting around for info seem that the relay could be an issue on that hard connected to the JBE board. i do electronics repair so replacing it shouldn't be to bad. even with all the bridges connecting the 2 boards. but might replace is all together i have had some other odd issues with the car recently as well that might be related ? or maybe a cpu issue does anyone have a good way to test the jbe functionality ?

other power issues radio and all center console functions died about 5 months ago.
the back hatch constantly wants to pop open unless car is locked (thought it my be my fob was acting up)
also when the car is turned on you can hear what i think is a relay click quickly over and over ( for a few sec)

could these be JBE issues as well or could it be something else ? any ideas on where to look to confirm would be great before i replace something else that doesn't solve the problem =D
