So I have having issues with the wife's 02 S.
we just finished doing. an engine swap lwmt to start the car and when I turned the key and all the power went off,checked the battery ground it was loose. Got the fired up and it ran like crap and the rpm was all over the place. Could the ecm have fried ?

P0638

P1109

I will be replacing one of the sensors today and see if the code come back. If the code comes back on after I replace the sensor. What could I be looking at. ECM?

 

If you did an engine swap, I am assuming that you cleared all the previous codes and these are recent, active codes. These will stay in the ecu even with battery removal.

 

also load test battery be sure it is good...bad battery may cause many codes as some have described
