I have a 2008 R56 MCS and have been getting the following warning code:
CC-ID 132 Front Right Side Light Failure
I have the bi-xenon headlights. Does this mean I need to start looking for the bulb?

My experience with the light error codes is that a headlight will soon burn out when all lights seem to be working fine.

Did you check your side marker bulbs?

The side marker bulbs are still fine, not sure which one will go out accordingly to the error.
