R56 EGR Diaphragm Leak?

Noticed a leak from the top of the Valve cover. Recommendations? The diaphragm has no tares but is very pliable and weak. Can I replace just the diaphragm?

I bought this from Amazon as it was the only one that I could get next week. I'll let you know how it goes. Any thoughts?
