Fork for throwout arm stuck! Please help!

Hi all working my way through a clutch job for my ‘04 r53. Im Stuck trying to get the fork to release from the throwout arm so I can replace the worn out fork bushings. I was able to free the bolt securing the fork (had to use an impact gun there though so I know it’s crusted up good in there). I know others have had this problem... short of cutting off the arm I’m not sure how to get the lower bushing installed (which is broken btw so def needs to
be replaced). How did others eventually solve this? Should i try hammering with a metal hammer/pry bar? I tried bashing with a mallet but that didn’t do anything. please help! Thanks!

Quick update - I managed to free the fork by Hammering it off using a using a small pry w/ a striking cap. Was rusted on there pretty good but some wd40 and patience did the trick.
