09 base model speedometer and tachometer

I figured it out. I finally took apart the dash and the connection to the speedometer had fallen out. My saw somewhere else that it could be plugged in two different ways. If you plug it in the wrong way the lights in the tachometer don't work. I plug the connection back in and everything works.
