Hi all,

What would be a good list of maint items while servicing the SC? I was thinking of replacing the water pump and crank positioner o-ring. What else is recommended? Since I'm in there, it's a good time to do the hard to get to items.

Check to make sure the low speed is working on the coolant fan, as they always seem to go out. Now is the time to replace it, if it is dead!
The ac clutch can be replaced if the ac is not working a (turning on) replace dryer tank, if ac is not working and maybe a compressor if it is charged and not working.
Check to make sure the vacuum hoses are all attached and make sure the blow off valve is working. Quite often the spring or diaphragm go out.

 

Clean the throttle body.
