How do I read the Fuel pump wiring diagram?

Can anyone read this wiring diagram? The only thing I know for sure is the WS/BL (white and blue) wire is not getting power causing my fuel pump not to get power

Have you checked the relay and fuses?

Yeah. I was actually just out there. I tested the white and blue wire when the key was off when I turned it to on it gave me the battery voltage then the relay would click and it would drop voltage to 1 or 0 is that normal?

I’m not sure on that one. How long after you switch on does the relay click off? Does the vehicle not start?

It takes about three or so seconds for the relay to click the power off coming to the fuel pump and then once it clicks I get like 5 or 6 volts a the connection but I don't know if any of that's normal. I hooked some wire directly to the battery and put them on the terminals of my fuel pump and nothing happened. So I'm pretty positive my brand new fuel pump junked out on me.

You never said if it will start. I assume it won’t?

The only thing I can suggest at this point is to verify whether or not you have fuel pressure at the fuel rail. If it makes and holds good pressure 50+, then it shouldn’t be a fuel related no start. If it bleeds down quickly then it’s probably the pump. You might try replacing the relay in case it’s bad. I can’t imagine a bad fuel pump causing the delay to kick out. That’s about the limit of my advice on this issue.
