If I remember correctly, the tach comes off with two small allen screws and pulling off the connector,
then the plastic shroud comes off after taking off two Phillips screws in the bottom one,
then the turn signal stalk comes out after removing one Phillips screw and pulling the connector off.
Then just put back together - no coding needed.

But you can watch this one through
about 2:35.
At this point you just remove the screw
holding the stalk on, unclip the connector,
pull the old stalk out, put the new one in
and connect it, put the screw back in, then
reassemble everything.
Ignore the rest as you don’t have to take
the airbag cover off.
