Turbo leaking coolant

Hello,

I'm having a hard time finding the seals that go underneath these two turbo screws on my 2008 Cooper S. It is leaking coolant from underneath the screws.
Has anyone replaced these seals and know where two buy them or how to search for them?
Thanks!

Look up 07119963201 in ECS or Pelican Parts. In ECStuning, their part number is 07119963201

I actually bought 07119963201 at MINI dealer, but they don't fit, 07119963201 are for the coolant line, these other gaskets go on the screws on the other side of the turbo.

Oh yeah, forgive me for not seeing what you're pointing at. I thought you were referring t the cooling lines' copper washer.

On your issue I looked on Realoem and couldn't find a diagram that has that piece located. I think your next best move is probably to contact someone at JMTC Performance to see if those folks may be able to help. They are the turbo specialists especially with our K03 turbos. Good luck.

No problem mate, thanks for the info, I'll be contacting them. I'll update this post in case someone else needs the info later on.

Thanks again!

By looking directly at it, I'm wondering if our oil pan drain plug washer can be a fit for this. Just throwing it out there.

Maybe try to unscrew them, add some thread sealant, and screw them back in? Might even find an o-ring you can replace. Might stop or slow down the leak 'til you find the correct fix.

All this is guess-work --- I've never had my OEM turbo apart in this area.

Off topic but related to the turbo, did you upgrade your turbo? or just replaced with same size?
I have reached out to them with the leak question.

I think the turbo on my R60 is leaking from the same spot. What a major PITA.
