Leaking coolant hoses - fixes?

After trying to chase down where my small coolant leak was coming from I finally gave up and spent the money on a dye kit. I had already replaced the coolant tank and thermostat but the slow leaks continued. The truth is now out. The large hose connected to the bleed screw junction is leaking out the ends. The same is happening where it connects to the thermostat housing. The short length hose coming out of thermostat housing is also leaking at both ends. Kit is great! Should I just replace the hoses with new factory style ones and screw type clamps instead of factory ones? Has someone tried silicone hose setup with tbolt style clamps?
Thanks in advance gang

Are they seeping around the very end, or are they cracked? If seeping, I'd first just put screw clamps on the existing hoses and suspect that would do it...

seeping only. That may be my cheapest option first. I'll get some of those good euro clamps though
