Valve seals or something else?

Hello. I have a problem with non s mini r56 2008 with 90.000 km. I have it from 75.000km.
I change oil&filter every 7.500km.
The previous owner changed every 15.000km
Yesterday with 33 degrees Celsius outside , after a long idle at traffic, when I press the throttle, I see smoke from exhaust. On the motorway there is no smoke as I can see. Even I stop and press throttle I don’t see smoke. Only after long idle.
The coolant level is ok and without oil in . The oil are clean and the consumption is about 300+ml/1000km with motul 8100 xcess 5w-40.
When I using mobil1 new life 0w-40 at winter, the consumption was 250ml/1000km.
I want to ask which is the most likely problem?
Valve seals ?
Valve guides ?
Head gasket ?
Piston rings?
Or something else?
One mechanic said valve seals, another head gasket, another rings!
Im confused, please help me!
I can’t change all without a reason

take a look at the PCV, it might be leaking just enough to notice the smoke after long idle.

you could remove the pipe coming off of the cover upper left corner and inspect for excessive oil.

I guess to a dripping point or just enough that you think is seeping all the way to the intake manifold to get burned.

Ok, let’s say pvc have problem ... why I see smoke only after long idle, and only if the engine is really hot?

perhaps because the oil and vapors have been collected to the point when you open the throttle, you have more of that sucked in and burned vs in quick stop and go traffic.

I'm trying to point to a cheaper part to eliminate since the list you have is quite pricey and time consuming.

humm....I would probably open the valve cover and try to look at the valve seals to see if they are dry or starting to crack...the guides dont usually have an issue, I think!

If it's an early 1980s VW Rabbit, it's probably the valve guide seals.
If it's a MINI, it probably isn't.
