2007 Mini S hatch back heater control problems

While installing a aftermarket radio, I jammed wire connectors over to the top right area. I think I jammed the air door link that is in the same area. After I put it all back together the blower would not work.

I ran my Schwaben for codes, I got several IHKA : 9C4D, 9C57, 9C58, 9C6F, 9C62, 9C6E, 9C48, 9C4A,
I removed all the wires, from the area and cleared the codes. Prior to reinstalling everything I tried to run the heater fan, no luck and no more codes. I can change fan speeds and temp. on the display but still no blower. If I feed it power with a jumper, it runs. I was just installed one month ago, I also replaced the final stage regulator last fall.
I also checked fuses, all were fine.

While doing the radio install I had to add the new cover to the front to hold the double din radio. When I removed the wires from the two 12 pin connectors the locking arm on one plug broke. it was very brittle from the heat. Anyone have any ideas on where to get new ones.

Any thoughts? Any ideas would be a great help.

I did a test on the Final Stage Regulator today. It checked out bad, I just purchased it new 10/18/2017. I had less than 1,000 miles on it.
I will report on the codes after I get the Final stage regulator installed.

Yes, it was the Final Stage Regulator again. I had purchased it on 10-18-17 and replaced it on 10-22-17, I did not think it would have thrown all those codes, so I delayed looking at again on this problem. I just installed the new one yesterday, after I ran the scan again, no more codes and the heater blower motor runs again.

I purchased both from Pelican Parts. I'm presently waiting for a call back from them as I think it sure should have lasted longer. In all of my years buying parts from them, this is the first problem. I have purchased parts for our Mercedes, and Porsches and have been happy until this issue. I would expect them to do the right thing.
