Rally driving light

I noticed the other day one of my rally lights not working. I saw a piece of metal stuck between the outside metal cover and the glass. I think that piece of metal is probably a spring that holds the light tight.
So my question where do I get another light and is it dissembled by undoing the screw at the bottom?

Here is the light 63120137303

There is a little spring clip i believe that presses against the ring to hold the reflector in place. I would undo the bottom screw and see whats going on. And see if that bulb is burned out.

If I just need the bulb is there a number for it? I am wondering if local parts store would stock it?

Any suggestions on how to undo the screw on the bottom? I don't want to strip the screw, but I have put in a lot of muscle and it just is not budging.

Okay, after alot of banging with screw driver, hammer and chemicals I was able to take it apart. The sealed bulb looks fine so I can't really tell if it's bad, but I am going to say it is since I made contact with a deer. He bent the base down and I had to straighten it out.
Reading the bulb it says on the back: 03102002
The lens reads as: JUTE 9614 HR (E 13) 10
040261

Those are the bulbs linked above just pop out that sealed beam front and pop the bulb out the back. Otherwise if its beat up from the dear you might have to get a whole unit.

Two things: 1, the OP posted this thread five years ago. I've an idea he's found a solution.
2, Edit your phone number off the page immediately! There comes a troll from time to time who'd love to have it, phone numbers and email addresses on any forum
are a no-no. To communicate person to person, use the private messages function. Common terminology "PM me" when you want one on one comm.
