Does anyone know how to properly disassemble the OEM Mini rally light housings?

The lenses appear to have a streaked film on the inside like condensation had run down the lens. Attempting to clean the inside of the lens. When trying to separate the lenses retainer ring with a flat blade screw driver and but wasn't sure of exactly the technique, clips or retainers involved. So I instead stopped and thought I would ask before I broke something in the assembly.

They are sealed units and you can get the lens separate. They would then need resealed. 63220432342
