Rally light bulb change

Hello all. I just picked up a new (to me) 2010 MCS and I will be driving it from Tennessee to Alaska (home). I bought new Silverstar H3ST bulbs, but I can't seem to figure out how to access the old bulbs. I have the stock chrome rally lights.

You have to remove the light from the mounting bracket and disassembly the light housing itself.
From there, it's self explanitory.
