Throwing Multiple Throttle and one o2 code
my 2009 mini cooper s is throwing throttle codes P1637,1638,1639,2102 and 2103. Also throwing downstream O2 sensor code P0141.
I replaced the O2 sensor and the heating element voltage will not cut off after warmed up. The wiring harness checks out.
I am at my wits end. Any ideas out there?

1637- Throttle control deviation
1638- Throttle temporarily stuck
1639- Throttle permanently stuck
2102-Throttle actuator "A" control circuit stuck low
2103- Throttle actuator "A" control circuit stuck high
All of these point to ice in the intake.
Tackle the above codes first, which will either require you removing the intake tube from the throttle body and cleaning the condensation and oil out of the bottom of the tract, or replacing the intake manifold with the cold weather manifold which was designed to fix the icing problem.
We have the intake manifolds in stock and ready to ship, they are $40.43 plus shipping.
Give us a call if you have any questions.

P2102 throttle actuator control motor circuit low
P2103 throttle actuator 'A' control motor circuit high
P1637 throttle valve position control: control deviation.
P1638 throttle valve position control; throttle stuck temporarily.
P1639 throttle valve position control: throttle stuck permanently.
This guy here had a few of the same codes you have and replaced the throttle body, which fixed his issue.
Any other symptoms besides the codes? Is it cold where you are and would you say that your MINI is sputtering? I've seen P1637, P1638, P1639 associated with the intake icing issue. If it's acting like this you could have an intake icing issue. Some info HERE and the cold climate version intake HERE. Let me know if you have any questions.

I've only seen one case of it, but I had a customer who's throttle body electronics were full of oil, only detectable when you open the throttle body up (not recommended unless you're replacing the old one).
