Try reading the voltage in the battery, i've discovered that mine was gone (1.3V) !!!
After that over 5000/5500 no sputtering or hesitating or whatsoever!
Pull like a train!

Try

Maybe you need to install a bigger fuel regulator, to regulate the more fuel to support the power u put in....

These cars are direct injected utilizing high pressure fuel pumps driven by the cams generating upwards of 2000 psi fuel rail pressures. Fuel delivery (time and duration) is precisely controlled by the ECU and piezo-electric injectors.

I'm curious as to what "bigger fuel regulator" you would recommend?
