So im looking to swap it completely... I know everyone says its not worth it and to just go buy a new mini but i rather do this. I heard theres some Vtech motors that can fit but the trans too? i know i want to do this and it will be expensive but i will find way i just need as much help as i can please!!

Main extra parts compared to 5-speed to 6-speed conversion are the pedals,
and also, someone has to reprogram the ECU for auto to manual use, including
some wiring harnesses. Talk to Way Motor Works, as he has done more than
a few. I think I have my parts list on the last few posts of this thread for my
Midlands to 6-speed Getrag conversion. Also get a copy of "Fixing the weak link"
pdf.
