Less dust brake pads instead of the OEMs

I'm looking for a less dust break pads instead of the OEMs.
It should support the brake sensors as well, better or same braking capabilities as the OEMs.
Any recommendations?

Understand that all brake pads have dust. The ceramics dust is much lighter in color & amount.

You will lose some of the initial bite of the oem pad, but for me it is worth the trade off. In every other way they are superior to the oem pad.

I've used Hawk ceramics & Akebono ceramics. I recommend both.

+1 Went with Akebono's that I got from Way Motor Works. Performs similar to stock, low dust, sensors work great.

What does it mean "initial bite"?
Initial bite at the first time or on every ride?
Is it noticeable in an everyday use?

I changed to Hawk HPS pads when I got the car home, back in 2012. I have used the Hawk HPS pads on other vehicles over the years and find they are a great pad for good brake feel and reduced dusting. I would recommend them if your interested in less dust. They are not 'dustless' but certainly are a lot less annoying in that regard than the OEM pads.

EBC Green which I have on the MINI right now are very low dust, since I replaced the OEM pads with these, I have not felt the need to wash the car because of the brake dust which I did with OEM pads. They still have great brake feel, perhaps a little less initial bite than OEM but there's the tradeoff between low dust and performance...

We recommend and use the EBC Redstuff pads in our shop. They are much less dust and perform better than the OEM.
I don't recommend the Hawks as we've never had good luck on a MINI with them.

Hawk HPS pads had way less dust than OEM and they last longer than and cause less
rotor wear, but initial bite was only so-so.
I currently have CoolCarbon pads which have better inital bite and I like the performance
better than HPS or OEM, but the dust is about halfway between HPS and OEM in amount.

Seeing how many people are recommending Hawk pads based on their experience, I wonder if Way doesn't recommend them because they had bad luck with them, or if they "don't recommend them" because they don't sell them? :P

I don't recommend the Hawks as we've never had good luck on a MINI with them.
Are the EBC brakes still having separation issues? I would not use them until EBC addresses the problem with them.

I've used EBC for 10+ years ... started with green then went to red (on the MINI)

never a problem with green

but WAY happy with less dust on red

BUT I use solid rotors and a bud of mine with slotted rotors sees BIG DUST with EBC red . . . hmmmmmmm

I use the Akebono ceramics primarily because they were cheaper and easier to find. The difference in ceramic dust over OEM is amazing. Before, when the front was bad, the rears only seemed maybe half as bad. Now it takes the rear to get bad before the front even starts to show. Now I need to put some on the rear this spring when we do tires and wheels.

+1 for the EBC Red
I had the EBC Red in both front and rear, less dust than the original pad! you will lose the "initial bite" but personally I feel like it is a good thing!
But beware, EBD Red tend to have a very long break in period. Some say 1000miles and some says 3000. In my case, it took almost 5k miles.
