phone problems

So I recently purchased a 05 r53 s and I've had it no more then a week

Its phone interface is acting up like crazy.. literally every bump I hit the annoying lady comes on and tells me my selected language is English... Then it switches to french and back and.forth and.back and forth every time I hit a bump and sometimes for no reason at all..

Please please help!!! I have a local mini shop and im so fed up I'm about to take it there but if its an easy fix I would like to avoid it

Like I said please please help
Thanks

Sounds like you have an aftermarket system hooked up....you might need to do some digging to figure out the brand/model to do some research....
On an 2005, the buttons were installed on the steeringwheel, but the optional system came out later...bluetoorh that is....
That is assuming no NAV feature....with nav...maybe somebody else can help.

No nav... I don't think anything aftermarket has been installed.. there's the iPod hook up in the glove box but from what I understand that's factory..
