Bonnet not aligned properly

So I noticed a few weeks after getting my R50 that the bonnet did not really line up fully across the way. Not that huge of a deal, since my husband didn't seem to think so.

Now today, after he put my lowering springs on, I was looking the car over and noticed the bonnet looked WORSE than before! Now I am freaking out and paranoid. Here are some pics. Any ideas as to what could be the problem, or the solution?

Right side is fine:

Left side looks f-ed up :(

Are sure that the bonnet is shut all the way? It can look like that if one side is latched and the other isn't.

I had this problem on my R53. I had to adjust the bonnet latches on both sides. Also had a horrible rattle because the bonnet was vibrating. It was pretty easy to adjust the latches. Just takes trail and error. My problem now is that the bonnet needs to be adjusted sideways. Maybe also my bumper cover. One of theses nights if it gets a little cooler here in Las Vegas I'll get it sorted out. Not sure what would make yours appear to be worse after putting the springs on.....
Maybe it's just perspective?

Well it's not that it got worse once the springs were on. I just didn't notice it til today. I checked to make sure it was shut all the way, cuz for some reason, it doesn't like to shut fully after being opened the first time. My husband has it tonight, so I have his ( ). I'll text him to try to shut it again while he's at work, or he'll check it in the morning.
