P111b error code

Had a CEL come on in my R57 Cooper along with some unstable idling. The car drove normally and the idling problem was intermittent. The light went off by itself after 2 days and the next time when the idle speed dropped the light did not go on. I did a scan with Torque (Android), there was no error code stored.

I started the car and scanned again and got the P111b error code. The CEL is still off. Does anyone know what this means ? Can't find much info on this online.

Thanks

P111B: 0x2B68 Mass or Volume Air Flow via O2 Sensor Too Low (Bank 1).

You probably have a leakage somewhere, maybe a cracked or incorrectly plugged tube...

Thanks very much. I didn't see any vacuum tubes/ hoses when I looked under the hood but will check again. I have a K&N panel filter installed for about 10,000km if that means anything, but didn't have any issues until recently.

MINI DTC P111B (0x2B68) - Mass or Volume Air Flow via O2 (Oxygen) Sensor Too Low (Bank 1)
The ECU is seeing a too low of intake air through the reading of the pre-cat O2 sensor.
That either means the ECU is trying to adjust for a too rich of burn, or there's a downstream leak in the system.

Pressure check BOTH the intake and exhaust side of the system, making sure gaskets, and components are not venting any air to atmosphere.
