Ok so I was going to install my 12'' Sub woofer yesterday and started to dismantle the dashboard to get to the radio. Well needless to say since we were being careful, so we took our time. It was getting too late so we decided to put it back together and then the stereo wont turn on. The CD player is completely fine no blown fuses, and no blown fuses anywhere. Can anybody help me out and tell me what they think happened?

 

The CD player IS also the radio so you need to be a little more descriptive on your problem.
