Stock muffler replacement

I need to replace muffler only - not whole exhaust system on 2005 Mini - not S! With stock muffler due to rust. Can I do this without replacing the entire exhaust system? I can't find just the muffler for sale anywhere. All I have seen is the entire unit. Please help
