How long ago did you do your modifications? It almost sounds like you spit the belt off. Take a look there first.

it has been hardly 5000miles...
Checked the wires and the MSD and the plugs but nothing Wrong...but YES about a week back My TENSIONER have failed and it gives rattling sound
...im still not sure...been 3days i drove with rattle Belt tensioner and suddenly it became like this...

IS it because of the failed rattling sound of tensioner???
My mechanic said its more likely to be some problem with Fueling !!!

yea belt is still on and running fine...checked it...
it accelerates madly at WOT also bt after 3000rpm looses all the power and then there is sound only for supercharger whine with bad vibration....hardly will go 5000rpm i doubt...or mayb 4500rpm

Makes me wonder if the crankshaft harmonic dampers is going...can you see if it is wobbling....
They often wobble as the rubber shreads, then fail...they start to slip...throw a few codes, and the alternator will not bevturning at full speed due to a slipping belt....getting to higher rpm's would be hard too....
Any codes?? Sounds? Smells?

are you leaking any fluids? No codes (service Engine light)? There are a number of things that could be the cause. A bad supercharger, failed motor mount?, clogged exhaust creating back pressure and bogging car at higher RMP?

Does the car rev above 3K in neutral? if you have the same problem have someone look at the engine when you apply gas.

to check the alternator function (and overall belt driven problem) check the voltage across the battery with the car on. should be 13.5-14.5V

good luck

do you mean sound or movement? this may be a clogged CAT the threshold of 5K is typical for other cars. try finding a test pipe or disconnect the CAT from the manifold and see if you rescue. if so then replace CAT

Checked the pipe too and is fine...
it is the Fuel pump...the filter is fine but the pressure is low...we ran the car on carburetor and it started in a glance and the rpm revs just perfect...
seems like the fuel pump was not giving out much pressure fuel...

now i wanna buy a fuel pump...there is one at Partsgeek.com and its some VDO fuel pump assembly...is it ok or just the oem one?
