Battery dead!
Battery dead!
Ok so I killed my battery today, jumped it, started up no problem, but now I have the seat belt/air bag warning icon. The book says fasten seat belts anyway and take it to the dealer. Is there anything I can do to erase this warning or is this somthing the dealer has to look at?
Air bag reset is strickly a dealer function. You may also need to have the charging system/ battery checked / replaced under warrenty as you should not have had a flat battery under any circumstances .

Ok let me explain a little more, I was in the process of replacing my door handles. On replacing the glass and adjusting it with the boot open and the stereo playing I drained the battery. Anyways today I called the stealer and made an appointment to have a look see, they said that the airbag sensor in the driverside door was not responding and needed to be replaced. Where the heck is the sensor and is it possible that I messed something up when disconnecting and reconnecting the wire looms in the door? So I have to go back when the part comes in. Also I'm having the windshield washer nozzles replaced due to weaping.
