Error code : CC-ID 000 ...??

So after doing the OEM driving lights my car wont start. The only codes that i can get off the tach are CC-ID 000 ...anyone have any idea what this might be? I get full accessory power, but when I start the car nothing happends and I get a yellow ! on the tach and then a CEL. Any help would be great.

Sorry I can't help, but I'd be interested in a full list of the MINI codes.
