They look nice in the pictures. I was hoping the gold color ones would match the yellow in my car but it's too gold for it. The other option for me is the creme/white dots since it would look good with the lounge leather interior in my Mini.

I'm pretty sure it's just the samples - I've had mine for 30,000 miles, and they don't shed at all. In fact, I keep meaning to post pictures of them here, because the passenger's side mat looks virtually identical to the driver's side, even though I almost never have a passenger in the car.

I've never done anything as far as cleaning them except to vacuum them occasionally, and I've tracked water, mud, snow, wet leaves, etcetera onto the driver's mat, and it just never seems to get dirty.

They sound perfect. The OEM carpet ones show wear already (barely 3k miles). Looks like these are going on my "someday" list.

MINI mats come with two different discs solids and with male velcro side, the solids I use on my JCW mats which do not move...I had the solids on my Z4 and they were driving crazy so I went back to detail and grabbed a set of velcro ones, problem solved...If you have problems getting a set let me know I will mail you a set. But your MA should be able to walk to the detail area and grab some for you.

So far my Cocomats have not shed, they stay put, and unlike the OEM black carpet mats I got with the car they don't show dirt at all. I like that a lot (no vacuuming). Very good product IMO.

My WeatherTech mats were just delivered to my work place...didn't want them sitting on the porch at home. Now all I'm waiting for is my MINI Molly!!!
