Your exhaust may have loosened up or shifted in it's mounts and is close enough to a heat shield to produce the rattle. Also check your right front motor mount for leakage; if the engine is sagging there, it will throw off exhaust alignment too. Best of luck !

When I had the JCW tuning kit installed, I had significant rattles at certain RPM and over rough road. Back to the dealer we go. Dead center, where the cut is made to install a new muffler system, is a H shaped brace roughly 18"x 12", black, held on by 4 bolts. The JCW muffler rattled against this brace. Rather than make adjustments, the dealer took the brace off indicating that the muffler hangers were all that was required. I questioned that approach but, no more rattles. Check it out.

Double-check that it is not hitting in the back. When new, my Milltek rattled due to contact in the back and I had to adjust the rear hanger by adding a spacer (large nut) to create a little extra space. You can test by pushing on the exhaust in the rear to see if it hits. Maybe yours has shifted slightly to cause it to start rubbing.

When I had a milltek I had the same problem as quikmni. The system alone sits too high and close to the bumper and it rattles against the bumper at idle. Many have used washers to bring the hangers down some, you should try that.

yea, same problem hear, check your head shields, if your exhuast heats up and expands it can wiggle around it what little space it has, causing it to hit the underbelly of your car and heat shields, and it just so happens that the exhaust rattles at the same vibration as the car, making the sound only at idle, but moves faster when your moving or reving, making it less noticable......same thing happened with my borla....good luck
