Near Redline Shift Grind - Any Harm?

During a spirited drive today I was near redline, shifting from 3-4 and let off the clutch a split second too soon and got a terrible grind for maybe a half second.

I know I didn't ruin anything by doing this once but does doing this even once do anything harmful? I've done this once or twice on other cars, but I didn't care as much about them.

I can still hear it....make it stop!!!
