Problems that developed last night Electrical

My mini was to go back in for "clips" to hold that rubber piece in since mine did not have them... However now that I am trying to get an appointment my electrical is going crazy...
Such as: Turn signal will be pushed all the way down then stop blinking after 2 blinks, headlights turn off when i start backing up, windows wont go down that "little bit", and the ping sound the car makes before you put on your seatbelt keeps going for up to 5 minutes (only happened once so far but was annoying as hell), passenger airbag will turn on, and turn off randomly completely ignoring whether or not someone is sitting there.

No one answers the phone at the mini Dealer except the girl at the front, and I go into voice mail hell

If anyone knows what the fixes were for any of the problems please let me know, hopefully I can get an appointment to go in since the last time I took off a day from work and just showed up with an issue they told me to come back later... 50 minute drive to dealer as a note!

WOW, that sucks, my guess is the dealer will be the only one to fix that. Have you tried using the other key to see if it's the same?

+1 on that sucks. Intermittent electrical problems are often the toughest to diagnose.

There's no way to know for sure, but in just about every other post I've read about random electrical gremlins the culprit seems to be a bad ground, and often it's the negative battery cable has some corrosion at the terminal, or it might be a bit loose. That's something you can check yourself while you're waiting for the dealer to wake up. Since just about everything on a MINI is controlled by computers, it's critical to have consistent voltage. Good luck!

Thus far

Finally gave me a call 30 minutes before they closed up saying they wanted to keep it overnight, as they got no codes from the system... *Sigh. Will update if they find the problem, so you don't have the same issue! I miss my mini saw 5 today from my friends Si, couldn't catch up
