As the St. Louis area hasn't had any good motoring events lately, I'm announcing an impromptu 'Mornin' with the MINIs' this Saturday 7/10. This will be a casual affair, with a nice little drive planned through the countryside. All are welcome, no RSVPs are necessary, although I'm always interested in seeing who will be coming out, or to make sure we wait for you to show up. I'll make the drive whether it's only me, or 20 others! So here are the goodies on it:

The Date: This Saturday, July 10th
The Time: We'll leave at 7:45AM, (we should finish by 10:30AM)
I know that's early, but it is afterall, a MORNIN' with the MINIs
The Meeting Location: Circuit City Parking Lot, Southeast corner of Manchester and Clarkson

The rough route will wind us out to Washington, MO and back. For those who have been on previous club drives, you'll find some of the roads familiar and some not so.

Just got that bumped up to a 100.0% chance of being there!

 

I just got a hold of 4 tickets for the Cubs game tomorrow, I'm going to have to cancel for tomorrow. My MINI Cooper S is also still in the shop getting new brakes, so I have a Cooper loaner with the slushbox, which is not fun to drive for me, since I am used to the power and response of a manual and the S engine.

Anyway, you guys have a great time tomorrow!
