The date's getting closer and the rising river didn't spoil any clues. John's planning the barbecue menu and counting sides of ribs. Any more RSVPs?

You can add two for myself and Ginny...we'll definitely be there.

Also, we have a member from up in Springfield, IL that is trying his best to come down with his wife and two boys for the event, but won't know for sure until tomorrow if he can get off work or not. I figured it was safer to go ahead and RSVP for them and have them back out than not RSVP and four extra folks show up!

 

What time will the barbecue start? I may not have a navigator after all. And trying to team up with some of the others without navigators doesn't seem demographically possible with it starting in Illinois & ending in Kirkwood!

Just got my Mini last Friday....heading towards that way tomorrow. I would be interested in coming and talking to other Mini owners....but prob not the hunt. Will you all be stationary for a little bit so that I would be able to do that?

You have your choice of meeting us at Cahokia between 11:30-12 or after the hunt at the barbeque.

 

Well, unfortunately I have to report that none of the six of us that I had RSVP'd for will be able to make it. My friend from Springfield was not able to get the day off work, and we had a last-minute family obligation come up.

Sorry to have had you count us and then backed out...

Hope everyone has a lot of fun on the hunt. We really enjoyed last year's, and wish we could be joining you tomorrow!

 

What time will the barbeque be? We would have more time to talk to the other owners at this time I would guess....and where is the end destination going to be at? Will it still happen if its raining?
