This sounds like a good event and an even better cause but unfortunately I am going to be at the Orange Crush Scooter Rally that weekend (unless my Lambretta breaks in the meantime).

 

That is also the weekend of the Scottish Festival and British Car show. Maybe both can be tied together?

I have been asked to pass on information about the British Car show at the Scottish Festival, May 29th and 30th at the Costa Mesa Fairgrounds. We are trying to get a good showing of Minis for the car show on Saturday.

If you have never been, it is a really fun day for the whole family--filled with music, athletic competitions, dancing, meat pies and bangers, beer, REAL MEN in kilts (my personal favorite) and HAGGIS...... Is life GOOD or what?

The price to participate with your car is $10 for you and a guest. Plus, you are parked right in the middle of the event with your blanket and picnic basket.....

The regular admission is $14 per person at the gate and you park REALLY far away and walk in the HOT sun......

DUE TO FAIRGROUND REGULATIONS FOR TRAFFIC CONTROL

SUNDAY: Rolls Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, Jaguar, Land Rover and Range Rover
(All British Cars that cannot attend on Saturday are welcome Sunday)
