Info: May 3rd is the Rally, starting at Mini of North Scottsdale. They are arranging lots of interesting things for us BEFORE the Rally. Even a catered lunch. Also the chance to take a ride on their new test track which isn't officially open yet. You can arrive there any time from 10am onwards, enjoy their attractions, have some lunch, take in a fashion show, and be ready for the driver's meeting in the conference room at 2pm. Please pass the word along to those who may not receive these mailings as ALL cars are welcome to join the Arizona Mini Owners for this very different event. You can get the registration form here.

Hey Sugar, what is the Drivers Meeting going to consist of?

Since there might be a good turnout of MINIs out that day at the dealership.....how about making that our Saturday night gathering at the Scottsdale Pavillions?

Any Interest?

Could you give some description of this test track? It sounds intriguing.

It says we need to be members of a car club? Does MCO count as a club?

I'm going to jump in here. You shouldn't have to be a member of a car club to participate in this event. I'm going to be leaving shortly for the April meeting of the Arizona Mini Owners to get this cleared up. MINI of North Scottsdale is stepping up to the plate in an effort to get all of us MINI owners together for a fun time. So if you own a MINI your already in a club. Definitely, MCO can be considered as a club.
Looks like the price is right! Go to the AMO website and check out the rally. Hope to see everyone that owns a MINI/Mini there. Also as far as the test track is concerned, that would be a great photo opt! Look up United Auto on the internet, should be something about MNS and their test track.

That might be nice if those pesky United Auto Workers didn't have a bazillion websites, too.

Just wanted to remind everyone that it will really help to have a navigator with you for this rally.
