i just moved to the tempe area from chicago. well i got here last saturday the 10th. anyways, i haven't seen many minis on the road but i haven't been out much yet either. if you guys get together at all for meets, or just to hang out, i would love to join up with all of you. as i am new here it would be nice to meet some people out here.
anyways i will try to get back to this thread asap as i don't have internet yet. but if you see a dark silver mini with il plates that's me, so please wave or something. looking forward to meeting all you.

hey guys i finally got back online for a short moment agian. well i think i might drive up there on sat. just to see if anything is going on. since my family is in ill-annoys, i really have nothing going on for me. just a friend visiting me from san diego. and we are just looking for anything to do.
i guess we could do our own show for a bit. maybe get some fun driving in through some twisties.

i am always for fun drives.
also i do wish i did bring some snow with me. i do miss that already, but the cold can alwyas stay behind. that is one thing i will never miss.

go out grand ave towards winkenburg (or I40, west at carefree hiway). In wikenburg look for right turn, hit 93 (to las vegas), then north on 89. It's an awsome road from there to prescott and jerome and then oak creek canyon. Just for cops.
so u didnt bring snow...

we are going to a familes house for dinner...so I dunno if we are going to make it...sigh...so hard..haning out with "family"...or ...mini stuff...that's a tough one...well The Dad has an MC40 that's how we met so..it's kinda both...

The pavilions doesn't get going to around 4 pm or so. Also, this weekend the show was cancelled, from what I was told. Next weekend would be better for the show.

Hey man sorry I just found this thread. You know there is a car show on the west side of town to if your ever out here. It's on 83rd ave and Union Hills. Prescott is a great little run. Have fun man.

Get on the the DMC forum and see about joining the club. We just had a great Holiday party and Randy Webb is coming out here in Jan for a Pulley party. That's another great event to take part in. There is also the Icecream Social every month.

The car show is just like the Pavillions. Sat night it is in the Safweay shopping senter on the Nother east side of 83rd and Union Hills. They have a great collection of cars there. All pristein. No junk. I would like to get The Club to start meeting there sometimes as well.

 

i used to go there on saturday nights for the street races but no more, grew out of that
