Do we need to bring our food, and anything else. like beer or
charcoal, or chairs... yea chairs...?

 

We're still working on getting donations of food from the dealerships...so far, we're doing good. We'll probably need people to bring drinks and cookies (or some sort of dessert.)

The pavillion we reserved is huge... can hold 100 + people... So you won't NEED chairs, but you're more than welcome to bring them! :smile:

Oh yeah...since its a county park...no alcohol is allowed...

Man I envy you! My wife and I were there just last August and in our opinion Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons are one of the most beautiful places in the country!! Don't forget also to head down to Jackson Hole and while there I highly recommend to take a hot air balloon ride over Teton Village...it is absolutely breathtaking!!!!

If you want info about the Hot Air Balloon company that we took for our ride, feel free to PM.

I wish we had the time to head on a long roadtrip towards Wyoming in our MINI, but unfortunately right now don't have the time to do so, unless we fly there again.

If you want cheap rates and reasonably clean rooms, try the Days Inn in Ormond Beach (Don't recall the exact address but you can look it up in Google.com).

Nice beach front property and it is right next to the "Loop".

Daily breakfast is free.

I just got exempt from taking one of my exams, which means I will be done at latest, 12:30. Now if I don't take too long on it I might be able to meet around 12ish with everyone else! Any idea of where the initial meeting place will be? Volusia Mall?

i'm not sure of any other nice ones... i never liked daytona anyways.
