What Gear Are you In?

I am curious to know what the beakdown is for gear changing based on the number of posts one makes on the NAM site. Currently I am a bit over 500 posts and in 4th gear, how many posts are needed to change to 5th and 6th gears

The breakdown of posts relative to gears is:

Neutral 0-10
1st 11-50
2nd 51-150
3rd 151-300
4th 301-600
5th 601-1100
6th 1101 or more

Hope this helps!

Mark

BTW, you do know that 5th gear is the fastest gear anyway, right? 6th gear is just cruising. Hit the 601 posts, enjoy your top speed until you hit 1101 and have to go into granny mode.

First gear....at least my MINI is as it presently sits outside waiting to motor. Unbelievably, this post made me want to go out and drive my MINI a bit...I have no reason why? Weird.

Oh, by the way, the last person who innocently asked this highly volatile question started the "How Many Posts..." thread, now at over 10,000 high quality posts.

Such, alas, is life in OT.

Going for a spin now!!
