Okay, howsabout this...
I used to use mIRC a loooooooooooooong time ago for Free Form Roleplay... I'd reccommend it for a nice, free chatroom, and it saves Mark the hassle of creating his own. Download is here, takes about 3 minutes on a 56k modem...

Mark, whatcha think of this idea:
Connect to the Undernet, and join the channel #Minicooperonline (type /join #Minicooperonline)

I've asked about this chat room for some time now myself.
I'm in
I've used IRC chat and used servers on the Efnet.
It's as simple as getting a freeware version of a chat program...MIRC is the easiest to configure and use IMHO.
All one has to do is is join a server on the Efnet.
Then start and join a channel by typing /join # minitalk
This in effect let's you both start & join the channel called "minitalk"
As a matter of fact I've just created minitalkon the Efnet.
You will now see my nick in it...I use the nick "Plaztik" on IRC.
Let me know what is the best course of action...
I think it would be a great....addition to this site
Peace,
D

Now it works...I have set up a chat room on my website. it's not fancy, but it would appear to work. I haven't been able to test it with too many users (actually only 2 so far) so I don't know it's limits. It's java, and requires an easy install (that I haven't yet tested over dial-up). If you would like to help me out, you can get there by clicking here or if you follow the 'handy links' link in my sig, you can get there through the mini links.
[EDIT]
I am unsure of how many users this will support, so I could use all the help I can get in testing. If you have any problems you can IM me dsb106 (AIM or Yahoo!)
