hostname oddness

If I go to northamericanmotoring.com I get the following error: "Openads has been installed, but no configuration file was found.". If I go to www.northamericanmotoring.com everything loads up fine. Up until last night I didn't need the "www".

(This is obviously in a web broswer, Firefox to be specific).

I upgraded our adserver last night and evidently there is a new setting to control this. It should be resolved now. Thanks!

Mark,

I'm still getting this through I.E 7.0 a few minutes ago.

Can you tell me exactly what URL you are using to access the site (when you get the error)?

Several ideas to try:
- Clear IE's cache to see if what you are seeing is a cached page
- If using a caching firewall force it to clear its cache
- If using a proxy turn off the use of the proxy temporarily to see if that is what is causing the problem. If it is the proxy you'll likely have to wait a bit until the proxy updates its page cache.
