Issues connecting to Iphone 4S

Hi all!

I'm new to this forum. I have a 2011 Mini Cooper S and am experiencing issues with connecting my Iphone 4S to it. It will connect for me to make a call or so but eventually disconnects (not during a call, but after I hang up it won't take or make another call). My phone will ring but doesn't connect to the car for me to use the Bluetooth. The only way to get it working again is to turn off the car, lock it, unlock it, and restart it. I've taken my car to Desert Mini several times and they claim they can't duplicate the problem. I've reset the phone and car several times and have even gotten a new phone from Apple. This only happens to me in Vegas. I find that it works fine in California. Anyone have any suggestions or experience this problem? I'm lost...

I had a similar problem with my 2009 Clubman; the solution for me was to completely delete the Bluetooth connections on both your MINI and iPhone 4S. Once both are deleted from their systems, restart both and reconnect as if it was the first time. For whatever reason, when I did this, it fixed my problems.

Good luck.
