carson minis meet sunday 8:30 am north albertson's and we go up to get reno minis at krispy kreme at 9 am. we stop in tahoe city at a cute little bakery for lunch and then all the way around the lake and back down mount rose highway to reno again. i will be continuing on to sparks to meet the sierra chapter of bmw's for a picnic. then my husband thinks he will beat me home in his 325i.......... we'll see..........motor on. hope to see a good turn out as it will be soooooooo beautiful up there sunday. lisa

Damn. My wife and I were up at the north end this weekend. Would have tried to meet you guys if I had known earlier. Love the Tahoe area.

 

Enjoyed the motor around the Lake and especially meeting the group for the first time.

After Adam left us in the dust going over Mount Rose , we pulled into the access road to Slide Mountain which offers a fantastic view of Washoe Lake and Carson City to the south.

 

Was a beautiful ride but a lot of traffic. I say we do Virginia City from reno some sunday morning up Gieger Grade?????? Sorry if I seemed to drive a little eratic sunday, personal issues. Have been getting the newsletters. Just been busy with things and didn't realize you folks went to the Lake.

 

I am heading to San Luis Obispo this weekend so I am out for any fun here in town... BUT there will be fun had down there

The run last Sunday was a blast, the traffic was kinda lame, but oh well.

It was fun to meet the new mini's and hopefully we will see them again. It sure was a fun ride down the hill after I passed those 4 cars .
